RECYCLING PACKING MATERIALS: Sheba's Secrets reuses cartons, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, paper shreds and other packing supplies from supplies brought in for our use. This is to help do our share in recycling materials that would generally be discarded. All packing material used is checked to make sure it is clean and sturdy. This also helps keep our costs down and allows us to pass that savings on to you. So, if you receive your shippment from us in a box that is not brand new, you know we are helping save our planet for the next generation. DAMAGED PACKAGES: If your package appears to have damage upon receipt, please retain all packaging material including the original box, padding, etc. If possible, please take a digital photo of the package and content for insurance purposes.
