Turn Around Time (TAT)
Shebas Secrets' staff believes in hard work and prompt processing of all orders large and small. Our products are handmade, packaged and shipped on a first come first serve basis. Because we make our products fresh when you order, some orders may take several days to complete. We works hard each week to ship all orders within 4-7 business days from receipt of order.

Bath Bomb Fizzies do take several days to dry before we can package and ship them. With that in mind, our typical turn around time for Bath Bomb Fizzies can be up to 7 days depending on the weather. Yes, the weather. We do our best to keep our location temperature controlled to avoid any delays.

Shipping:
Shebas Secrets products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground Service. We reserve the right to ship via our choice of carriers depending on the content of the package. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Please allow 2-5 business days transit time depending on carrier and your location.

Rush Orders:
If you need your order in a hurry, we suggest using our Rush Order Option. Our Rush Order option is $25.00 and will move your order to the top of our priority list for immediate processing. Feel free to email us prior to placing an orders for a good faith time estimate on our Rush Order service.
